GUTTER CLEANING SERVICES​​

The most common problem that we come across is blocked gutters and downpipes.

This leads to the risk of water ingress through the roughcast/render of the building and eventually this crumbles away resulting in a costly bill to have it repaired.

We provide a gutter clean and maintenance package that for a fee starting at £9.95 per month, we call on your property twice per year, clean out the build up in the guttering and clean the downpipes to ensure the rainwater flows away from your property as it was designed to.

THE PROCESS

USo, how does it work?

  1. All gutter cleaning takes place from the ground using our Sky Guttervac System, thus ensuring not only the safety of our workers, but it also means that there are no ladders pressed up against your guttering.

  2. Using our Sky Guttervac camera system, we carry out a quick surveillance of the guttering to determine the extent of the work required.

  3. All guttering is then cleaned out using the vac system, followed by another camera inspection to ensure all has been cleared.

  4. We then fit an aluminimum downpipe leaf guard which prevents any debris going down the pipework.

  5. On the second visit of the year, all of the above is repeated with the addition then of externally cleaning the uPVC gutters and downpipes to make them look great again.
